Testicular implant: A patient may be missing a testicle due to surgical removal (or congenital absence) of a testicle. This deficiency can be replaced with silicone testis implants. It is a short and bloodless surgery. The patient can be discharged after surgery.

Testicular lifting: Because of aging or as a result of hydrocele, sagging of the testicles may occur. Especially in the elderly, testicular prolapse is a problem that hinders daily activities. The patient's gait is adversely affected. Correction of sagging testicles improves quality of life. It is a short operation performed under general anesthesia.

Buried penis correction: Buried penis is the problem that the penis is embedded in the tissue and therefore looks small. Usually due to excess weight, the penile tissue is embedded in the fatty tissue. This is the buried penis situation that many surgeons are familiar with. But the penis is not just embedded in the fatty tissue. Under some special conditions, the penis may be buried even if the patient is very weak. In this case, you will see that the penis is embedded in the skin in the extremely thin patient. The treatment for these two conditions is different. If the appropriate surgical procedure is performed, this situation will improve. It should be kept in mind that the buried penis is a stubborn condition and an aggressive surgical plan should be made.

Total penile shaft rotation: This is a congenital anomaly. The problem here is that the congenital penis is sideways. The penis tissue is tilted 90 degrees. It is written in the books that this is a very rare anomaly and that many surgeons have never seen a patient with this condition in their lifetime. I have seen and operated on 4 patients with total penile shaft rotation anomalies so far. Although I have operated on four patients, I can say that I am very experienced in this regard. According to the books, most surgeons never see a single case of total penile shaft rotation, let alone performing this surgery, in their lifetime. The surgical procedure is the complete cutting of the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the hipbone, the straightening of the sideways penis, and the suturing of the cut suspensory ligament to the hipbone.
