On the other hand, according to my experience over the years, penis enlargement surgery techniques written in classical plastic surgery books are extremely wrong. For the lengthening process, the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pelvis is partially cut. The penile tissue remaining inside is thus freed from the bone and slid out. For thickening, fat is injected around the penis with the adipose tissue taken from the navel.
